• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping of the item by the customer.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, and a return/refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
