Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order even after it has been placed.
If you wish to cancel, please request a cancellation from your order history in My Account, or contact us at the email address below. When contacting us via email, please be sure to include your order number.
Please note that once the ordered items have been shipped from our warehouse or the shipping preparation has been completed, you will not be able to cancel your order.
When will my order be shipped?
"After your order is completed, it will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 days (closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays)."
However, some products may be on backorder, so please contact us for specific delivery dates.
Which shipping company do you use for shipping?
Shipping within Japan will be done using Yamato Transport, and shipping outside of Japan will be done using FedEx or DHL.
We sincerely apologize, but please be advised that we cannot accommodate requests for specific delivery carriers from customers.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, tracking of the package is possible after shipment. We will inform you of the tracking number from the shipping company below after it is shipped from our warehouse.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for deliveries within Japan.
For deliveries outside of Japan, shipping fees vary depending on the destination country.

Can you ship to APO/FPO? Also, can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, due to carrier regulations, we cannot ship to APO/FPO.
We apologize, but due to regulations from the delivery service, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Import Tax (Outside Japan)
Do I need to pay import taxes?
The prices of our products do not include import taxes.
In the United States, if the purchase amount exceeds 800 US dollars, import duties may be collected at customs.
In the case of countries other than the United States, customs authorities randomly apply duties to arriving shipments, so it cannot be predicted or controlled.
We sincerely apologize, but it is difficult to confirm the exact import tax amount before shipping. If you would like to confirm the exact import tax amount before shipping, we recommend that you contact the local delivery service office or customs.

Return
Can I return an item?
Yes, the received product can be returned under the following conditions.
We will refund the order amount as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse.

In case of initial failure:
If a defect is found within 2 business days after the product arrives, we will cover all shipping costs for the return.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns if more than 2 business days have passed since the product arrived or if it has already been used.
We conduct inspections before shipping, but there may be rare cases where products are damaged due to shocks during air transport, so please be sure to inspect the items upon arrival.
For customers outside of Japan, we will provide a return label issued by the shipping company.
In the case of returns due to customer circumstances (such as differences in image, etc.):
If you wish to return the product within 2 business days after its arrival, the shipping cost for the return will be borne by you. There are no other return fees. However, we cannot accept returns if the request is made after the return period has expired.
