• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• Failure or damage due to customer's incorrect usage or dropping of the item.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Failures or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic events.
• Failures or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

＜Products covered by warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available; therefore, returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
