Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty:

Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic events.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For products with a 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
