• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description; therefore, customers who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological disasters.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

＜Warrantied Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and faults or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
