【About Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Coverage＞

  • We will repair or adjust free of charge for functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.
●In the following cases, a fee will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damages caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damages to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
