  • Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

【Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Coverage＞

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
  • The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.
●In the following cases, a charge will apply even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
