• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Contents＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage due to customer's incorrect usage or drops.
• When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

＜Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
