• Used items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, we process it to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Warranty-Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
