• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept complaints regarding scratches or size differences resulting from the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside our warranty coverage.

• Breakdowns or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
• Breakdowns and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
• Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
