  • Regarding band size adjustment, we offer link removal free of charge. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by the adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

[Watch Warranty]

＜Warranty Coverage＞

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be performed at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

  • When consumable parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
