• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop indentations or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the movement (mechanical part).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts rather than genuine parts may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, returns and refunds will be processed as repairs are not possible.
• Accuracy and damage or failure of exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
