  • Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage. This is not a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Band size adjustment is offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not available.
  • If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about a product, please provide the product number.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance during servicing, this will not be covered by our warranty.
● The following cases will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or disassembly and cleaning (overhaul) performed by parties other than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs, so returns and refunds will be processed.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
