• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches resulting from adjustment or discrepancies in size. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be illegible.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
