[Watch Warranty Information]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be performed for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet, wear, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
