[Watch Warranty Information]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect usage or drops by the customer.
Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere than our store.

For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
