【For Customers Ordering Watches】

  • Even new and unused leather or synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or creases during storage; this does not constitute a product defect.

【About the Watch Warranty】

＜Warranty Coverage＞

  • We will repair or adjust free of charge functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal conditions of use.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical components (movement).
  • The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, and other such parts are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be provided.
  • When repairing antique or vintage watches, replacement parts may be used instead of original parts.
  • After the warranty period ends, we will accept repairs for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery to and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, when you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts or performing other work beyond basic maintenance; such work is not covered by our warranty.
●The following cases will be subject to charges even during the warranty period.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by improper use, dropping, or other actions by the customer.
  • Cases in which consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance occurring during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, or other natural phenomena.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or disassembly cleaning (overhauls) performed by anyone other than our company.

＜Products Covered by the Warranty＞

Applies only to products that come with a warranty (※Please refer to the Product Details tab for more information.)
●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • As repairs cannot be provided under the one-month warranty, returns and refunds will be offered.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior components such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
