  • Regarding band size adjustments, we only offer free service for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept any claims related to scratches from adjustments or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot accommodate link additions or hole punching for leather belts.
  • If there is personal information (previous owner) on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

[Watch warranty]

  • We will repair and adjust any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be provided.
  • Antique and vintage watches may use alternative parts instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • "After the warranty period, repairs will be available for a fee."
  • The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and for use within Japan.
  • "After purchase, when you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty."

  • Malfunctions or damage due to incorrect usage by the customer or falls.
  • When consumable materials and parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, and discoloration of the dial.
  • Failures and damages caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, etc.
  • Breakdowns or damage caused by repairs or disassembly cleaning (overhauls) performed outside of our store.

  • Since we cannot provide repair services for the 1-month warranty, we will proceed with returns and refunds.
  • "Failures or damages to external parts such as accuracy, case, belt, glass, and crown are not covered by the warranty."
  • No warranty: This product comes without any guarantees.
