Even for new and unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Failure or damage due to incorrect customer use or dropping.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Failures and damages caused by natural disasters, fires, or other calamities.
Failures or damages caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
Accuracy and failures or damages to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
