We are a B2B wholesale trading office, not a traditional retail store. We do not have product display cases or multilingual sales staff.
By eliminating retail overhead and credit card fees, we offer "Wholesale Cash Discount Prices" directly to international customers.
We accept visits strictly by appointment for Condition Check & Handover of pre-selected items at our Tokyo HQ office. Please read and agree to our strict office policies below before booking.
⚠️ IMPORTANT OFFICE POLICIES
You must agree to ALL of the following conditions before making an appointment.
1. Appointment Only & Language
We only provide condition checks for pre-requested items. Casual browsing is not allowed. Since we do not have multilingual sales staff, all communication will be conducted via a translation app.
2. Payment Methods (No Credit Cards)
We DO NOT accept credit cards. You may choose from the following three methods:
1. Cash (Japanese Yen): EXACT amount only. For security reasons, we do not keep change in the office.
2. "WISE" App Transfer: Can be processed on the spot.
3. Advance Bank Transfer: The funds MUST be completely cleared and confirmed in our bank account before we can hand over the item. Please allow sufficient time for the transfer to arrive prior to your visit.
3. Tax-Free Policy (No Guarantees in Advance)
Tax-free processing is strictly governed by Japanese law. We CANNOT guarantee tax-free eligibility in advance. Final approval will be determined strictly on-site after verifying your physical passport and valid entry stamp.
4. All Sales Final & No Warranty
Since you will inspect the item in person before purchasing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products are sold "AS-IS" and NO international warranty is provided for customers residing outside of Japan.
5. Punctuality
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled.
