• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size differences resulting from the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
