• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage due to customer misuse or dropping of the item.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.

＜Products Covered by Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunction of exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
