About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
●The following cases will be subject to charges even during the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer usage or drops, etc.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic activity.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, we cannot perform repairs, so we will provide a return and refund.
  • Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
