Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or kinks during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products where changes due to age are to be enjoyed. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
