• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and defects or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
