• Even for new and unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Contents

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
