• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (former owner) is present on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
