• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in the images or not mentioned in the description; therefore, those who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, replacement parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
