• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or discrepancies in size. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends external parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, these services are not covered by our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
