• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or kinks from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but these are not covered by our warranty.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
