• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or kinks from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

Eligible Warranty Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Failures or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
