About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

●In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer usage or drops, etc.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
