• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy changes that occur over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside our warranty coverage.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranty products, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
