• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Additionally, adding links or punching holes in leather straps cannot be accommodated.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner's), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair service is not available; therefore, returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
