• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop press marks or creases during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not listed in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is available as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, adding links or punching holes in leather straps cannot be accommodated.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers the mechanical part (movement) only.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or by dropping the item.
• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• 1-month warranties are not eligible for repair and will result in a return/refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
