• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free link removal services only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizes resulting from adjustments. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.

• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance after purchase, this will not be covered by our warranty.
