• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for removing links only. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), we process it to make it unreadable.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be charged.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
