• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may show indentations orクセ (marks/creases) from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description; if you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be performed for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts and components requiring replacement.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
