• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer link removal as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is included in the guarantee, we have processed it to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts rather than genuine parts may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so returns and refunds will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
