• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for shortening links only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (of a previous owner), we will process it to make it unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, since repairs cannot be performed, we will offer a return and refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
