Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches from adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If there is personal information (previous owner) on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Functional defects (natural failures) occurring under normal use conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping of the item.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
