• Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer link removal as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and failures or damages to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
