• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible products for warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
