Even for new, unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not a product defect.

Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
Band size adjustment is available as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or size discrepancies, so please understand. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Regarding Watch Warranty

Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts or performing maintenance beyond basic maintenance, this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage due to customer's incorrect usage or dropping the product.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, geological changes, etc.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed by a party other than our store.

●Warranty Period

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
