• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will be outside our warranty coverage.

• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
