• Even for new and unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description; if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty details

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• Products that are difficult to repair may be subject to a refund.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be handled for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

Eligible products for warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, since repairs cannot be performed, we will offer a return and refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
