• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size differences resulting from the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when requesting maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
