Even for new and unused leather or synthetic leather products, indentations or creases may occur during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not listed in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
Band size adjustment is offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

Functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but these are not covered by our warranty.

●The following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use by the customer or dropping the item.
Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be performed, a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
