• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description; if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. We cannot accept claims related to scratches from adjustments or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the movement (mechanical parts).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so returns/refunds will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
