  • Even if a product is new and unused, leather or synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or creases during storage. This is not considered a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about a product, please provide the product number.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Details

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) free of charge under normal usage conditions.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is not covered by our warranty.
●The following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological disasters.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

Warranted Products

Limited to products with a warranty (Please refer to the product details tab for more information).
●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
